Flat Rates/Reservations Policy

Luxury sedan rates ( 3 passengers, 3 suitcases capacity ) are listed in the price. Luxury SUV ( 7 passengers, 7 suitcases capacity) is $23 more than the sedan. $20 after-hours charge will be added to all rides originating at night between 11:00pm and 04:30am. For all rides FROM AIRPORTS please add $4.00 City of Chicago airport pick-up tax. All other taxes and tolls are included.

Driver’s gratuity is not included in the flat rate.

Grace period for all rides, other than pick-ups at the airport, is 10 minutes. Grace period for arrivals at the airport is 1 hour after landing for all Domestic flights, and 1.5 hours after landing for all International flights. If your flight is delayed, there will not be any waiting time charges due to delay, and your reservation will stay valid. In case of an early arrival, we will also be ready to service you. It is, however, customer's responsibility to inform North Suburban Limo of any flight changes or cancellations not made by the airlines.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 (twenty four) hours before your scheduled ride. All pick up time changes must be made at least 3 hours prior to original due time. Failure to change reservation in a timely manner will result in full charge and no guarantee of service. All changes and cancellations must be made by calling any of North Suburban Limo's reservations lines. Waiting time charges start 10 minutes after scheduled pick-up time at a rate of $2.00 per each minute. Additional stops in the same Zip Code or Suburb are $10.00, adjacent Zip Code or Suburb are $15.00 and beyond adjacent Zip Code or Suburb is $3.00 per mile. Rates are subject to change without notice.
